Frank A. Lane received his A.B. degree from the College of William & Mary in 1958 and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami in 1963. Throughout his distinguished legal career, Mr. Lane served on the Executive Committee of the South Florida Council, Boy Scouts of America, and served as a member of the American Bar Association Committee on Admiralty & Maritime Litigation, Litigation Section (1983).
Mr. Lane's practice areas include civil litigation, general liability, products liability, admiralty & maritime law, professional liability, professional sexual misconduct and franchise law. Mr. Lane is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Florida, including the trial bar of the United States Southern District Court of Florida; the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, Maritime Law Association of the United States, and Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
