William Reese received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, cum laude in 1971 and his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Florida in 1974.  He was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 1974 and has gained vast experience trying numerous complex matters in the state and federal courts of Florida. He is consistently regarded among his peers as one of the top trial lawyers in the state of Florida, having been named by Florida Trend as among the Florida Legal Elite in 2005 and 2006, and the Florida's Super Lawyers in 2007, 2008 and 2009 (including corporate counsel edition).

Mr. Reese has lectured on matters with respect to insurance coverage, sexual harassment and child abuse and is National Coordinating Counsel for the Boy Scouts of America.  His practice areas include civil litigation, general liability, insurance coverage, employment discrimination, professional liability, professional sexual misconduct, insurance bad faith and construction defect litigation. 

Mr. Reese is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Florida, including the trial bar of the Southern District of Florida.  Mr. Reese is a member of The American Bar Association (Chairman, Non-Profit Organizations Committee, Tort & Insurance Practice Section, 1996-1997), Dade County Bar Association (Director, 1984), Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.
